The home offers a perfect combination of tranquillity and peace in a large established garden in one of Cape Town’s oldest suburbs, and at the same time is situated within two minutes of the highway and access to Cape Town’s most popular and sought-after tourist attractions.
Kirstenbosch Gardens are a five minute drive away and the Waterfront only twenty minutes providing you go out of peak traffic times. Constantia Village and Cavendish Square are both ten minutes away by car – both with some of the best shops you’ll find in Cape Town.
Restaurants are in abundance and our Constantia Wine Valley has some of the best vineyards in the country, with world-class restaurants to match.
For guests who want a bit more exercise, there are wonderful walks up Table Mountain that can be reached from Cecelia Forest where you park your car under the watchful eye of an attendant. Four golf-courses – Royal Cape, Westlake, Mowbray and Steenberg all welcome visitors and are close-by.
The property consists of three fully furnished 1-bedroom units that have been beautifully and tastefully decorated. Each has its own separate shower/bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Wi-fi and a full DSTV package is free in every room. Braai facilities are available on the patios and a veggie/herb garden can be raided to enhance any meal you choose to make. A sparkling pool is available for anyone wanting to use it.
Cleaning and servicing of the rooms is done daily (apart from weekends) and laundry is available on request for a small fee.
Each unit can be independently alarmed and there are safes in which to store valuables, in each one.
