The House Suite (attached to the main house but with separate entrance)



This delightful, airy one-bedroom suite has a huge flower-filled patio and use of the communal pool for summer al-fresco living. But inside is gorgeous too, with comfy King-size bed and tasteful lounge and kitchen. It’s the largest of our suites.

Hillingdale House Cottage is one of three 1-bedroom suites set in our large mature gardens. All are exquisitely furnished to a level of comfort and quality that will exceed your expectations.

Hillingdale House Cottage adjoins the main house but has its own entrance and patio filled with flowers and hanging baskets. While walking past the herb and veggie garden you are welcome to raid it.

The large King-size extra long bed is super comfy and can be made into two singles if required. The sofa and TV area are spacious and relaxing, and the cottage has a shower bathroom and neat kitchen. TV with full satellite package and Wifi means you are fully in touch.

You are also invited to spend time around the communal pool surrounded by lawns and large trees.

It’s the perfect refuge after a tiring day of tourism or business, or after cheering on your children in the sports events at the renowned schools close by.

There is a dedicated shaded parking bay inside the property for each of the three cottages, accessed via an automatic gate. Our location is brilliant for getting in and out of Cape Town and to all the tourist’s sights via the main highway, but staying with us you get the luxury of retreating into peaceful, tranquil space at the end of the day.

The Studio Flat
(Above garage but separate from the main house)

Hillingdale Studio Suite is your own treetop garden studio apartment up 20 steps, where you can sit on a little balcony overlooking the mature gardens and the swimming pool below. It’s very private.

The comfy king-size bed has guests raving about it! But it can be made up as twin beds if you prefer.

There’s parking under the trees and use of the pool and gardens. You can even forage for herbs and veggies.
